ICT Training & Support Facilitator
Role: ICT Training & Support Facilitator Location: Main Office Aberdare
REPORTS TO: IT MANAGER
PURPOSE OF JOB:
Working along side the Assessment team, within the job role as ICT Training & Support Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing IT training and support. You will be required to train delegates across the varied Microsoft Office applications and support them whilst undertaking both ECDL and ITQ NVQ qualification/s. You will also be required to deliver “Open” IT application/s training courses as required. Within this role you will have the following responsibilities:
MAIN ROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

Provide IT training and support to WBL candidates

Deliver Microsoft Office application training via courses and One-to-One sessions

Provide Assessor support
-
Provide Learner support
-
ECDL exam invigilation and manual marking

Preparation and IT equipment set-up of training venue

General Maintenance of IT equipment
-
Complete Reviews
KEY ATTRIBUTES, SKILLS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
(Essential minimum requirements to undertake the role)
- Microsoft Accredited Trainer
- ECDL Certificate
- Enthusiastic, self-reliant with ability to plan and accomplish aims and objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines, focused on company success
- Strong multitasking ability; flexible and adaptable
- Work well with all levels of personnel within the organisation
- Excellent time management skills, reliable and motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
DESIRABLE
- ECDL Advanced and A+ Qualified
- A1 and /or V1 Assessor Award/s
- CIEH Train the Trainer or equivalent
