External Audit Results
We pride ourselves on the fact that when clients choose bpi they can do so with the confidence that they are going to get the best service possible. It is therefore particularly encouraging that our claim is underpinned by the audits we receive from prestigious awarding bodies, such as the British Computer Society who are responsible for the ITQ and ECDL.
Below is a summary of their latest audit.
‘I met with Centre Manager Mark Adams who took over as CM in October 2008, and faced both an Estyn inspection and DCELL, and who was pleased to retain his Work Based Learning contract. Excellent candidate tracking and quality procedures are in place, and Mark has had a steep learning curve in administering this Centre with it various training facilities.
The candidates cohort are referred from the Job Centre under the REACT programme, and also some private candidates, and some private companies also want ITQ.
Mark and his team are to be congratulated on high standards and excellent organisation.
